IntuCloud provides cloud infrastructure and platform services. Our services are currently in beta and are subject to change.

• You must be 18 years or older to use our services
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Beta Program

• Services are provided "as is" during the beta period
• Features and pricing may change
• We may limit or modify services during beta
• Beta feedback will help shape our services

5. Service Level Agreement

During the beta period, while we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee specific uptime levels. SLAs will be formalized as we move out of beta.

6. Data Processing

• We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You retain all rights to your data
• We implement security measures to protect your data
• We act as a data processor for your end-user data

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Send spam or malicious content
• Attempt to breach our security

8. Billing

• Pricing is subject to change during beta
• You agree to pay for all resources used
• Early access credits may expire
• We may offer special beta pricing

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services:

• For violation of these terms
• For abuse of services
• To comply with law
• Upon your request
